UK Managing Director, Bernard Otulakowski says, "We at SieMatic are delighted to be partnering Miele at the 'Live Kitchen Experience Stand' at Grand Designs Live 2010.  The S2 will be on display in a new colour variation, Truffle Grey matt laminate and Titan Walnut laminate.
 
SieMatic's multimedia system will be on display in the S2 kitchen and for the first time will be used in conjunction with Miele@Home, a cutting edge, wireless communication tool that allows the appliances to communicate with the kitchen and give the homeowner updates on their appliances. It allows you to view information on what stage your oven is at, so you can keep an eye on dinner from the comfort of your sitting room, plus, if you have left the door open on your fridge, freezer or wine storage unit a warning message will appear to let you know.  The practicalities of the system turn it from being a beautiful kitchen with handsome appliances, into being the next level of communication between your home and your family.  This technology is currently only available in conjunction with a SieMatic kitchen.
